Utilizing the Kaizen Workshop technique, our consultants will painstakingly walk through each of your processes step by step, sometimes taking the time to re-enact them in slow motion. Through these re-enactments, we will perform in depth analysis of each step searching for excess resource allocation, uncovering potential audit risks, and exposing outdated technology utilization. Once these problem areas are discovered and assessed, any altercations can be tested with these same techniques.

Participation Over Observation

Our consultants will spend time in each of your departments speaking with members of your organization in order to understand exactly how all of your processes work.
