Our Story

Workflow Strategies’ founder, Fred Meis, began in the document management industry as the third employee of a startup company. Over the next 8 years, he helped turn two different startup companies into multi-million dollar businesses. While company success was impressive, two major ideals were absent in these companies and inspired him to start his own business in 2011.

Integrity and Ethics became the cornerstone for Workflow Strategies. We do the right thing even if no one is watching is one of the favorite mottos.  During the course of the next few years Workflow Strategies’ core team developed.  Each person plays a major role in expanding the reach of our services and strengthens the core foundation of the organization.

Our innovative offerings focus on strategic process and workflow improvement….hence our name, Workflow Strategies. The company culture and technology platform is what separates us from other companies.  We truly believe that our success should only be as great as our employees and clients, and the long-term relationships we build.

Fred founded Workflow Strategies in 2011 with the idea of providing innovative solutions with integrity and enthusiasm. He truly enjoys the relationships built and the success organizations achieve utilizing technology to streamline business processes.

Fred completed his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Kansas State University. He’s motivated daily by his amazing wife and their four energetic boys.
